Spring Sushi Garden

Every single Sushi ball is seasoned by very traditional Japanese condiments. Green Japanese pepper (山椒), Dried baby sardine (ちりめんじゃこ), Flying fish roe (とびこ) Soy bean powder (桜でんぶ), Salted black sesame seeds (ごま塩), Enoki mushroom stuffed quail egg (えのき茸の佃煮詰め卵) I hope to serve them to you in the near future. Rillettes

Absolutely beautiful spring day.​Everything is lively. We enjoyed a rillettes which made from the leftover of the confit of last evening. Thanks goodness, all my family loved this easy dish. What colour would be tomorrow’s sky?
