Japanese spaghetti, Smoked mackerel, Roasted yellow pepper cream sauce

On such a beautiful day, I made a quick dinner with a Japanese kelp.
This already seasoned kelp is so flavourful and very perfect for being added as a hidden seasoning.
The saltiness of smoked mackerel and the rich creamy taste of roasted yellow pepper sauce are totally matching!
It’s already May, time flies so quickly.
