Salmon Carpaccio with sauce ravigote

In this season a green is a good match for the dinning table.
I was eager for the fresh fish on this day.
I sliced the Sashimi Salmon and arranged them to Carpaccio Japanese taste.
Marinated Salmon with sea weed powder.
Topping was the sauce ravigote.
The fresh sweetness of Pomegranate and the rich & oily Salmon’s flavour are best match.
Happy vitamin colour made my family jolly.
