Simmered Yellowtail & Muli (ブリ大根)

On the wintery day I simmered yellowtail and muli with sweet say sauce for an hour.There was no sound except the deep pan steaming.The windows in the kitchen were getting to be misted.I love this moment. And I love this hearty meal with my family’s smiles in winter season.
