Spicy Fried Cod

I never like stormy days, but this season’s storms sturdily bring spring to us.
Over the rough night, spring is getting closer to me.
I really love this moment every year.

I chose really fresh mackerel from the local fishmonger, then seared them .
Asian food: Spicy Mackerel with hearty vegetable & crispy cashew nuts.
