I cook not the Japanese dishes sometimes.Today’s menu was Pasta with Cornish Blue Stilton and Grilled Chicken Breast. Good way for remaking the leftover cheese. Simple, but flavourful taste.That’s ideal for quick family dinner.

This is a very basic and traditional Japanese dish but I added my twist to their presentation and the sauce of the bottom: it made of Squid Anchovy (Ika-no-shiokara イカの塩辛) and whipped cream.
