Choucroute garnie (French for dressed sauerkraut)

The other day, I explored a new market in Barcelona.

It was such a lovely place to visit for hunting for local and seasonal harvests.

I got a nice beef and then made a French stew, Choucroute garnie.

It was super delicious and flavourful, which made my day!
Can’t wait to visit there again soon 🙂
