Ramen is nowadays one of the most well-known and popular Japanese food all over the world.
Do you know that usually Ramen is not a home-made food in Japan but it is not a rocket science to make it from scratch?
In this November, we would like to share how to make Tonkotsu ramen (豚骨ラーメン) using all natural ingredients. The broth for Tonkotsu ramen is based upon pork bones and vegetables, and Tonkotsu in Japanese means ‘pork bones’. The soup is white and creamy, the taste is pleasantly rich.
