KETO Sushi Canapé-marinated mackerel

Then I cleaned and filleted it, and marinated in sushi vinegar, that followed super traditional methods.

I used boiled beans and some herbs for the fillings this time as I wanted to stick to my KETO life (these edible spoon is not for KETO at all though…)
