Homemade Pesto Pasta

Hi everybody!
Thank you for visiting our food blog.
I hope you had a great weekend.

That is our new family member that is fresh basil.
Absolutely healthy plant.
We cleaned the leaves carefully not damaging them.

Then whiz with lots of garlic, nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and virgin olive oil.

Ta-da!

Here is our homemade pesto sauce.
We always keep some jars of pesto sauce in the freezer, then defrost one jar when we need.
The pesto paste is so versatile, you can use for pasta, bread and even for seafood/chicken dish!
This time we chose the most basic meal for pesto.

Perfect for quick brunch for the busy weekend.

It’s Monday here, new week, new day and new me!

Have a fulfilled week, everyone.

Naoko xx
