Okinawa Soba

Okinawa soba is one of my favourite Okinawan food, which consists of Rafutei (simmered pork belly), 100% wheat noodle and Katsuo Dashi soup.
The soup is so clear and delightfully clean and tasty, and the Rafutei taste deep and meaty, so that their combination is perfect and I’m sure it would let you addict to this Okinawa food 🙂

In this month, we have Okinawan feast class and you can learn how to make Rafutei and Okinawa soba soup, and also two more Okinawa foods as well.
The class is on Saturday 27th August and still we have some more spaces.
