Tan Tan Spring Roll

Have you heard the name of Ramen ‘Tan Tan Ramen’ before? It’s so popular in Japan and the soup is a rich and creamy and toppings are spicy that was adapted from Chinese Sichuan taste.

We all love Tan Tan flavour because I adjusted the spicy level to my kids.
Then the other day, I made fresh spring rolls using Tan Tan toppings.

The texture and taste of fresh rice wrapper is gorgeous and the natural sweetness of rice matches the fillings’ spiciness and tanginess.

We are sure we will put our Tan Tan Ramen on our cooking class menu soon!
