Thanks for joining the class -Kids’ Sushi Making

We have an exciting time to make various sushi with lovely children once a week at the school.
In this week, we made Chirashi sushi that is one of the most popular celebrating food in Japan. The word chirashi means “scattered” (散らし), so chirashi sushi literally means ‘scattered sushi’.
So that we can randomly put ingredients over the sushi rice 🙂 It’s freestyle!

Everybody strove for their own original sushi gardens!

Well done, everybody!
See you next week 🙂
