Chicken Fricassee (Fricassee de poulet)

This is a very typical French home-style food 🙂
Everybody in our home loves this creamy and flavourful meal and always it’s fuss free!

Sometimes people make the sauce with more light white colour but I personally prefer more flavourful and tasty, so that I cook the chicken well until nice golden. Hence my sauce is slightly brown-ish.

Adding extra flavour is my own style – fresh dill from my garden 🙂

Buttery cream plus pasta, who can resist that combination?
