Keika Ramen is one of the most popular and long-lasting Tonkotsu Ramen from Kumamoto prefecture.
We love Tonkotsu Ramen particularly Kumamoto originated taste.
The other day, my parents-in-low kindly sent a kit of instant Keika Ramen to us in Singapore.
We all were over the moon obviously because it was our favourite Ramen which was really difficult to eat in Singapore.
Then I made a Chashu for this special treat.
Crazy 1 kg Chashu for only four people! 🙂

The taste was super tasty and too irresistible to be humble for this Ramen.
Everybody tucked in and devoured all even the soup!
