Originally Ramen was created in Tokyo in ’19S and it immediately swept the country and each regions innovated their own styles. Tonkotsu broth is famous for Kyushu-style Ramen, but Tsuke Ramen Style is modern Tokyo-food. So why not trying to make this tasty and flavourful dipping soup and chewy delicious ramen noodle!
