Ooba 2 Way -Yuba Wrapped Prawn with Matcha Salt & Ooba, Negitoto Don

Ooba or Shiso is our very traditional Japanese herb which has nicely peppery and green flavour.

Most leaf-herbs are short-life after picking up and the freshness is the biggest key for the fragrance.
So, the other day, I had plenty of left-over of Shiso leaves in my fridge, and they encouraged me to make Shiso arranged foods 🙂

Yuba is Tofu skin and much healthier than normal Gyoza wrapper or spring roll sheets.

Beautiful golden colour mach another beauty of plate, Kutani yaki.

Negitoro-don is in Urushi (Japanese lacquer) bowl.
