We had a small party with friends 🙂
On the ploughman’s platter, we had Manchego, Spanish cheese that is my most favourite, Salami, Green salad with French Dressing, Nuts, Pickles and German Sauerkraut.
I can not forget how delicious an authentic Sauerkraut that I ate in Vienna was!!! So tasty and addictive.
As a hot food, I served a grass fed ribeye steak direct from the kitchen and some French fries.
The rare cooked steak was overwhelmingly succulent and tender, just spot on.
Ahhh the weekend is nearly over 🙁
