
Today’s customers are what a lovely couple who are so experienced in Japanese cultures and cuisine 🙂

This is a quick throwback of today’s class of Brasied Miso Mackerel, Grilled Onigiri with Kelp Dashi Soup (Ochazuke お茶漬け)
We shared how to make the fillet from the whole fish.
Then we made pickled vegetables which is called Tsukemono (漬物) in Japanese cuisine.
Followed by Grilled Onigiri with Kelp Dashi Soup that is named Ochazuke (お茶漬け).


Then, finally tasting time!
