This my homemade Thai Green Curry Paste which has been stored in a fridge since my last cooking of Thai Green Curry.
This was not decent amount for making Green Curry, so I alternatively arranged that for pasta sauce.
I know this might look strange for native people, but…it would be fine as long as my family enjoy this new fusion food 🙂
