Oden is a classic winter comfort dish in Japan, and is a one-pot dish with an assortment of fish balls/cakes, vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, deep-fried tofu and Konjac simmered in soy sauce-based dashi broth.
There are so many varieties based on regional ingredients and Dashi stock but this time, we share the one of basic Tokyo-style one.
