This was a practice for my cooking demonstration in Porthleven Food Festival in April.

I put an array of iconic Japanese food on my plate.

Cornish Scallop
Soba Noodles
Local vegetables with Miso Sauce
Takana (Japanese pickled green) Sushi
Cornish Mackerel & Edible Moss Sushi

Well, I know I have to brush up my plate more, but I definitely would enjoy this special opportunity!
