This pretty dessert is typical Japanese sweet.
Kids love Mochi which I make from scratch too.
Japanese traditional sweets doesn’t contain any fat/oil, so it is so healthy and delightful for any ages.
We are going to put this dessert on the course of class from October, so if you would like to gain the skills for making Mochi, please don’t miss out the chance. The class of October is already fully booked, but don’t worry, the course will be held in every month November onward.
