Look at these beautiful neck meat from tuna which is called ‘Maguro Nodo-niku’.We cured the fibres and marinated in traditional Japanese marinade.And then kneaded the pizza dough and bake the pizza. Simple but everybody was happy! Of course, home-shucked oyster is the best!!

Our Ramen is always home-made including soup and toppings except noodles 🙂 My most favourite Ramen is pork based that is called Tonkotsu 豚骨 but my Duck soup is also rich and tasty.
