Marinated Tuna Neck Sashimi, Fresh Oysters & Homemade Pizza

Look at these beautiful neck meat from tuna which is called ‘Maguro Nodo-niku’.
We cured the fibres and marinated in traditional Japanese marinade.
And then kneaded the pizza dough and bake the pizza.

Simple but everybody was happy!

Of course, home-shucked oyster is the best!!
