Ramen is nowadays probably one of Japan’s most famous food and also comfort food for so many people around the world.
This month, we would like to share homemade Duck Ramen that is originated from Duck Namban Soba (buckwheat) that is very historical and traditional Kyoto food, and it is refined into Ramen-style with Naoko’s original twists. We offer the simplest and easiest technic to make this hearty Ramen, so you would be confident to remake it at your home for your family and friends!
