Homemade Tonkotsu Ramen (Ramen de cerdo)

Our summer break has just begun and have a lot of fun like reuniting with our old friends in Barcelona!

After their energised time, the kids are always super hungry and need to recharge their energies.
So the other day, I made a Ramen that was their one of the most favourite in my menu 🙂

I think Ramen is all in one food, protein, carbohydrate and vegetables (plus high calories!), so kind of good food for kids if the soup is homemade as that contains less artificial elements.
