Thanks so much for joining the kid’s sushi making course -Christmas Cup Sushi & Present Bag Sushi

In this week, we made a seasonal sushi that was inspired by Chirashi (scattered toppings) and Oshi (compressed in a mould) sushi.

Everybody made cup sushi which was decorated by themselves and present bag using Inari (seasoned puffed tofu), which was so fun!

The choices of ingredients are smoked salmon, crab stick, Tobiko (flying fish roe), Tuna Mayo, vegetables etc.

See? Somebody made exquisite snowmen and somebody created very unique own ones and even melted snowmen! lol

So funny!

This class was the last one for this term, sadly, but we can not express enough our gratitude for our lovely young artists’ and the school’s organiser’s support.
