KETO Cheesy Chicken Muffin

We try to cut off any carbohydrate substances in our daily foods due to we are on KETO diet at this moment. However, of course, I am still so keen on making good foods as we love it!

The other day, I found this powerful powder in a shop.

This flour contains really low percent of carbohydrate, so this is ideal for us.

Then I made our snack using this flour instead of normal wheat one for our peckish feeling.

The muffin consists of eggs, cheese, a lot of vegetables and chicken meat, that is a positive vibe for KETOers!
