Thai Stir-fried Rice, Papaya Salad

We just came back from our holiday in Phuket of Thailand and still feel like floating on the beautiful turquoise sea 🙂

Since then, I have kept making Thai foods at home using their authentic condiments and ingredients that was brought back from Phuket.

I joined two Thai cooking classes during our staying, which was so inspirational and I learned a lot of Thai cuisine and cultures. So fun and mesmerising!

I sent my ask for the menu to the teacher in advance and she was amazingly kind and accepted to customise the menu for me.
I was absolutely over the moon after I had great time to learn all of my favourite Thai foods!

The first request from my family was stir-fried rice and papaya Salad.

Sadly, green papaya was sold out around me on that day, so I used orange papaya instead of green, unwillingly 🙂
I was not able to make crunchy texture because orange one is ripe, but never mind, next time!

The three boys who are Thai foods’ lovers loved the fried rice.

We use a lot of fresh vegetables and spices, which is so healthy!
I am confessing that I will keep posting some Thai foods for a while 🙂
