Thai Green Curry Chicken Satay

The other day, I had a young assistant who needs to sort out his summer holiday’s homework.
He has got a lot of works but that day’s task was ‘helping a chore’ which is good for me 🙂 haha

He chose ‘cooking’, and I plotted to combine Thai cuisine because I’m still into that!

So, firstly we made a green curry paste for marinating chicken breast.

Then we marinated the chicken into the paste, and cook.

Tada!
