

This was a quick cooking for my family on the night of my dinner out with my girls’ friends the other day 🙂

The Sushi rice and vegetables are stuffed into fresh tomato, which aimed for not washing any rice bowls.

Simmered Hijiki and Soy was cooked a few days ago and stored in a fridge.

The rice which was cooked with Amazake (sweeten fermented rice sake) was so tasty and pretty looking 🙂
It is an exactly Sakura season in Japan and I miss so much to see the most beautiful and my favourite cherry blossoms. So I made this Bento for sending my wish for the next year’s visiting.
