Sushi Platter Prawn 2ways -Yuzu Miso & Yuzu Kosho Nigiri, Ichigo Matcha Dorayaki

We love local fishmongers that are sincere and kind to us despite we are such a small business.

Luckily we have found some very supportive stalls in our local market, so it is always our pleasure to try their seafood.

Live prawns which were caught a few hours ago of my visit.

They are so fresh that the fleshes are beautifully transparent.
They I made a quick light dinner for our family.

Lightly boiled prawn is so sweet and tender, that match with sweet savoury Yuzu Miso paste.

Sashimi prawn is another great texture and sweetness that fit to the tangy Yuzu Kosho paste on the sushi rice.

Ummm Bliss!

Our homemade Matcha Dorayaki was a small treat for my family who have a sweet tooth 🙂
