These are typical traditional Japanese foods 🙂

Winter melon sounds like winter-seasoned vegetable, however actual season of winter melon is summer. So funny, right? The reason of the name is said that winter melon is easy to stock until winter after its harvest in summer.

That is why we are able to buy winter melon daily in Singapore as here is tropical 🙂

Then the other day, I made these Washoku, traditional Japanese cuisine.
