Lou Hei 2022

It has been 2 years since we moved into Singapore.
I have heard about the name and tradition of Lou Hei which is for good luck for a new lunar year, but did not have any chance to try it somehow.

Finally, finally, the chance came to me for trying the China’s tradition.
I bought a ready to cook set for that and I assembled a lot of spices and dressings with my own style.

Not sure, it looks like authentic or not, however I totally felt achievement as I really enjoyed to make it!

The first thing is the first, we should make a toast for CNY!

Then we tossed and mixed the foods shouting our wishes and hopes for the new year.

It is said higher and louder is better! 🙂
So we should not mind any mess!
It was so fun to experience the new way for celebrating of another new year.
