We celebrated the beginning of holiday week of Chinese New Year.

Our organic Okura is originally red but once it is cooked, it turned into green like other standard ones.

Before cooking, it is red and is still covered with fresh down!

This is after cooked.

Ginger Marmalade Soy Pork is so tasty!
Tang Oh is so tender and not tansy like authentic Japanese one, so we enjoy raw one.

And the kids tried a big challenge to taste raw oysters (this was their first time to try it!) 🙂

The one boy enjoyed it but another one was not ‘thumb up’ 🙂
