Salmon Katsu Curry & Namasu (Vinegary Vegetable Salad)

I used to like Japanese curry that is made of shop-selling curry paste, but once after I learnt authentic curry cooking, I can not resist my homemade curry.

I put so many spices, so the sauce tastes really deep but not too heavy, that why I like my recipe. Most of all, it is healthy food.

Namasu is another super traditional Japanese food and is essential for new year’s celebration that is called Osechi.

Now, we are going to share the recipe in our cooking course in October, and you will be able to learn how to make Katsu Curry all from scratch 🙂
