Torched Marinated Tuna Tataki with Namasu (Vinegary Vegetable), Sashimi Salmon, Zuke Tuna Sushi

Simple, just simple.

This vinegary vegetables are Namasu which is very traditional Japanese side dish, and it is the filling of the Tuna.

My kids love Wasabi and had fun to grate it by themselves!

Somebody was so fascinated to grate fresh Wasabi and somebody was enthusiastic to munch the food 🙂
