You must need a rectangular mould for this cake, however you don’t need to purchase any special sushi mould, to be honest.
If you have any empty paper container for soya milk, coconut milk etc something like that, these are absolutely available for substituting for special sushi mould.
Cut the container half length-way and make the sushi cake following my recipe below.
