Salmon Tartar, Ginger Sansho Whip, Salad Vinaigrette, Creme Brulee

Time flies whilst having fun family time.
We had a wonderful holiday in France, and I joined three different courses of French cookery lesson.
They were so inspirational and perfect for brushing up the latest culinary knowledges.  
I made a taster platter for going over some points again in my kitchen.
Salmon Tartar, Ginger Sansho Whip, Salad Vinaigrette, Creme Brulee 
I arranged the whip to Japanese flavour: added fresh ginger and Sansho pepper
Whipped egg white
And Creme Brulee which I carelessly missed to sprinkle sugar before using a blowtorch…(oops)
Our routine life has restarted already.
Let’s roll up our sleeves!
