Looks simple but makes you indulged in dense & deep flavours. Freshest local caught wrasse (caught at just the last night!), Tempura Physalis with Matcha (green tea) sea salt. Bliss, just speechless. I hope you have a peaceful day tomorrow as usual. Naoko
