Tuna Carpaccio Japanese style

It was the day of the rainy week. 
I choose the fresh tuna and the PICKLED PLUM in the fridge.
Pickled Plums. They are extremely sour and salty. 
Also they are absolutely Japanese distinctive stuff. 
​I chopped them and used them for spice of Tuna Carpaccio.
Tuna Carpaccio with Japanese dressing 
Sashimi Tuna with Teriyaki sauce.
With hoping of smiles of my family.
