Vegan Sushi & Seafood Platter

I found these beautiful Live scallops at the local fish monger.

I cleaned them at my kitchen.
​They are enough fresh to eat in raw, then I slightly grilled them with soy sauce & butter.  
What a juicy & tender meat!
Absolutely bliss!

Meanwhile I made Sushi Cakes with Seafood Sticks and Vegan Sushi as well.  

Sushi with Pickled vegetables & Grilled with sweet soy sauce Sushi.  
Soy milk ice cream with Agar Jelly.
During my cooking, this stunning freesia inspired me with amazing sweet smell.
