Crispy Fish with Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce, Kamaage Sanuki Udon

This is my own sweet chilli sauce that is always stocked in the fridge.

Good point for homemade sauce is we can adjust the spiciness, saltiness and also sweetness for our health condition or preference.
Actually my recipe for sweet chilli sauce is pretty simple and easy, so that is not a hard work to make it.
