Kids’ Master Chef -Nigiri Sushi, Toro Salmon with Yuzu Kosho Mayo

Another dinner of the kids, by the kids, for the kids (again) 🙂

This was their first attempt to make Nigiri Sushi, so not surprised to see their messing!! lol

The ingredients are obviously sushi rice, fresh Norwegian salmon, crispy salmon skin, Yuzu Kosho Mayo only…

Absolutely extravaganza of them!

hahaha, kids were absolutely happy to experience new entertainment and I was utterly happy to save my time to make the dinner for the boys, which was win win situation, wasn’t it!
