Recipe -Classic Oden (Japanese Fish Balls Pot)

Oden is a classic winter comfort dish in Japan, and is a one-pot dish with an assortment of fish balls/cakes, vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, deep-fried tofu and Konjac simmered in soy sauce-based dashi broth.
There are so many varieties based on regional ingredients and Dashi stock but this time, we share the one of basic Tokyo-style one.

Which ingredients are your favourite? Mine is No.1 is Daikon, No.2 is Konjac and No.3 is egg! These big three are my essential order at Oden restaurant in Tokyo 🙂
Have fun and enjoy cooking!
