Steamed chicken with Cha tsai (pickled mustard plant stem), Asian Salad Platter -Courgette with Pickled plum (梅きゅう), Chilled bean sprout, Grilled pepper

Stunning flowers.
Although I forgot it’s name, I remembered that a florist told me they were Cornish local flowers.

Then, by their encouragement, I wanted to dine in with cheerful meals desperately.
All are sharing Asian plates;
Steamed chicken with Cha tsai (pickled mustard plant stem), Courgette with Pickled plum (梅きゅう), Chilled bean sprout, Grilled pepper
This is Cha tsai (pickled mustard plant stem) what originated from Chinese culinary.
I love their nice crunchy texture and deep flavour, such an addictive and remarkable condiment!
And this is an utter Japanese nibble, courgette with pickled plum (Ume-kyu 梅きゅう).
I just arranged the presentation to a twirl style, but the taste is truly Japanese.
They are fairly non-oily dish.
Happy tummy made cheerful dining 🙂

I’m sending my heartfelt wishes to your peaceful evening today too.
