Rice Paper Sushi -Teriyaki Salmon, Avocado, Baby Corn, Ponzu

Snowdrop start blooming, the spring is just around the corner (hopefully!).

With such a delightful feeling, I made a bit unique sushi: Rice Paper Sushi -Teriyaki Salmon, Avocado, Baby Corn 

Literally this is wrapped with rice paper instead of seaweed sheet, so that this appearance is much prettier, isn’t it!

It’s simple, you just swap seaweed sheet to rice paper, but please be aware that the rice paper is so easy to be soggy, so try to make the rice paper sushi JUST before your serving.
