We love both of British Sunday Roast Chicken and Hainanese Chicken Rice, so we played up to British style serving a whole chicken that was cooked with Hainanese way 🙂 Everybody enjoyed and relished it by their own way, so I loved it! Oh yeah, it’s like an extravaganza!
