
What an appetising sound! Can’t resist

Using the marinade and juice & oil from the meat, I made gravy sauce that is based on Japanese Dashi.
Then finally, we could say ‘Itadakimasu’ !



We love juicy and succulent meat that is flavourful!

The potato salad was seasoned with my homemade white miso herby spread


As you have known, roast beef itself is not Japanese food, however it would be nice to surprise your guests with Japanese-arranged party food.
Serving in historical Japanese wooden bowls is another joy for eye
